Fabric Care

  • Hand wash in a mild detergent and in cold water only
  • Hang dry in the shade
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
  • Do not leave rolled up wet
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of fabric
  • Wash immediately after use high amounts of chlorine
  • Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tan may stain or damage fabric
  • To extend life we recommend rinsing immediately after use

  • We offer priority shipping on all US orders!
    • All orders (excluding pre-order items**) typically ship within 5-7 business days! Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped.
    • Pre-orders typically ship within 2-5 weeks—they’re so worth the wait. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery!
  • International Orders: The Details
    • We ship to the following countries: U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, & Australia.
    • International orders (excluding pre-order items**) typically ship within 5-7 business days!
    • Pre-orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks, so please be patient. Allow 2-4 business days for delivery once shipped!
    • International packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities and are non-refundable. Please check their website for more info.


RETURNS

You've got enough to worry about right now...We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. For any US customers, if you change your mind for any reason, you can simply return your item(s) for store credit or an exchange within 20 days of the order being shipped. We currently do not offer returns for refunds. If an item/s is damaged or defective in any way upon arrival, please email sunclubswim@gmail.com for options.

Please note: discounted items are not eligible for store credit. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Worn items - Please try on your bikinis with undergarments! We cannot accept worn bikinis due to hygiene protocols, even if it's just a try on.
  • Customer damaged items including - deodorant marks, residue, fluids, oils, pilling, pulls/snags etc. Returns must be in the same condition you received them in.
  • Gift Cards may not be returned.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Although we are currently unable to process international returns, please feel free to reach out to our team at sunclubswim@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to assist you with any damages or questions on your order.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?

Once we receive your returned items, please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued. You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been accepted or declined. SunClub Swim reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by our returns policy.

If we have accepted your return you will receive two emails. One notifying you that your item(s) qualify and another issuing the store credit equal to the value of the product being returned. The store credit will be valid for a period of 3 months. 


WILL YOU REFUND MY SHIPPING/ DELIVERY COSTS IF I RETURN MY ORDER?

All customers are responsible for postage payments. We will not refund the shipping costs. We will issue a store credit for the complete cost of the returned item, however, and SunClub Swim will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item. 

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND?

We do not give refunds for change of mind. However, if you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.
 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED, OR ISN'T WHAT I ORDERED? 

If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, please return the product as per the return instructions. Shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached.

WHAT DOES ‘FINAL SALE’ MEAN?

All items that have been reduced in price cannot be returned for a store credit. No exceptions can be made. This includes using discount and promotion codes. We understand that there is a risk when purchasing sale items, so be sure to look at out sizing chart for guidance in choosing the correct size or if you have questions feel free to contact our customer service team.

ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION 

If packages are lost in transit, we are not liable to refund. All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for most return shipping. Any items returned, not abiding by our terms will be refused and sent back to the customer.
